HWY 101 - 10 miles North of Seaside, 10 miles South of Astoria. Exit at Cullaby Lake Lane, first right onto Hawkins Road (25 mph speed limit) - pits at end of road.

In SEASIDE: City Centre Motel, Inn at Seaside, Motel 6, Hillcrest Inn, Quality Inn, Holiday Inn Express. GEARHART: Gearhart Ocean Inn, The DriftHaven, Gearhart By the Sea.
IN ASTORIA: Red Lion, Comfort Inn, Holiday Inn Express.
**CAMPING ON SITE** Camping is available on site as pit security. Whether you are sleeping in your car, race trailer, tent, or motorhome camping will be $50 per night. (Tents must be put up on pavement)

Awards Saturday at Picnic Shelter

Pre-registration via TRACKSIDE is MANDATORY by 9/8/26. TRACKSIDE tickets for the classes you are running must be brought to the race site for proof of payment. Check-in/Registration on site; Friday 9/11/2026 3-5:30pm; Saturday and Sunday 7:30-8:30 AM.

At the Picnic Shelter - Roll call begins at 9:00 am Saturday & Sunday.

SO, PRO, MOD, J - $130 per class for the weekend.
JH, JR, KPROH, KPROR - $70 per class for the weekend.
Sport C $230 for the weekend.
ONE DAY CLASSES WILL RECEIVE A REFUND FOR THE DAY THEY DO NOT RACE.

1. Pre-registration Deadline is Tuesday, September 8th, 9pm.
2. RVs and Truck campers or if you are sleeping in your car, race trailer, or tent, will be $50 per night. (Tents must be put up on pavement) Contact Mike Johnson for space reservation.
3 . Race Trailer Parking will be assigned. Contact Mike Johnson to reserve space for large trailers.
4. Weekend trailer fee - $20
5. A/C Marathon Saturday after completion of final flight.
6. CORA now accepts credit/debit cards - swipe fee charged $5
7. Classes may be combined due to time restrictions at race committee discretion.
8. NO open toe shoes in the restricted area.
9. NO smoking of cigarettes or marijuana in the park at all times
10. ANY under age drinking is prohibited and enforced per APBA guidelines.
11. NO testing at Cullaby Lake.
12. NO overnight parking of trailers or vehicles on Thursday or Sunday night.
13. Quiet Time 10 PM
14. Clatsop County Parks require a Mandatory $5 per day parking fee. Use the automated machine. County fine for non-payment!
15. Damaged buoy fee - $50
16. In case of a Blow Off, the first entry will be retained to cover expenses.
17. Scratches must be filed prior to the conclusion of the drivers meeting each day for refund. Refunds must be taken care of before the conclusion of the weekend.

This Regatta is sanctioned through APBA

An exhibition may be performed at this event pursuant to all APBA General Safety Rules provided that proper waivers and membership forms have been completed. All prizes are the responsibility of the conducting Club. APBA does not guarantee nor is it responsible for payment of prizes. You are advised that this event may be canceled prior to the race due to circumstances beyond the control of this association. If you plan to travel a long distance, it is recommended that you contact the race sponsor prior to your departure to ensure this event will take place.
