Teams coming from the west take either Oacoma exit 260 and follow signs into Chamberlain or Chamberlain exit 263 and follow main street right into town. At the stop sign go straight down thru town across the Marina bridge and event site is on your right. Teams coming from the east take Chamberlain exit 265 and follow highway 50 into Chamberlain. Take right (north) at stop sign, go thru downtown across marina bridge and event site is on right.

Local hotels and campgrounds can be found on www.rivercityracin.org and www.chamberlainsd.org. American Creek Campground is the on-site campground. Contact info is on the above websites. Reservations for all hotels and campgrounds need to be made early as everything is open to the public. Reserve early as space and rooms are limited.

Tow/Show money to all boats making a legal start and completing 1 competition lap for the weekend. Boats not meeting the above criteria will be reviewed by the race committee to determine payout, if any.
Y, S, E and A $15,000 total purse divided equally by all entrants meeting criteria.. Y, S, E and A $1,000 max per boat. If only 3 classes show purse is $12,000. Tow/show money to be mailed apx 2 weeks from race date.

Prizes, if any, to be presented shortly after the last heat on Sunday at the race site All teams are requested to attend the prize presentation.

Registration will be held at the race headquarters pavilion in the pit area. Friday 8/16 3:00 to 5:30 pm, Sat. 8/17 8:30 am to 9:30am ~ Sunday 8/18 9:00am to 9:30am
Additional time may be available on Friday.

Inboard $100 per boat for the weekend. This includes the $20 Inboard fee.

2.5 mod/5ltr, 5ltr/2.5stock, 1ltr/2.5 stock. Just for fun no prizes.

Any boat damaging or destroying a buoy will be assessed a replacement fee of up to $100 per buoy.

This Regatta is sanctioned through APBA

An exhibition may be performed at this event pursuant to all APBA General Safety Rules provided that proper waivers and membership forms have been completed. All prizes are the responsibility of the conducting Club. APBA does not guarantee nor is it responsible for payment of prizes. You are advised that this event may be canceled prior to the race due to circumstances beyond the control of this association. If you plan to travel a long distance, it is recommended that you contact the race sponsor prior to your departure to ensure this event will take place.
