1. No Testing and no boats allowed in the water without signing the waiver and receiving wristband (effective Thursday thru Monday). Failure to comply will result in disqualification and forfeiture of fees.
2. There is no starting of engines outside of the restricted areas. The restricted areas are the only place where engines can be started. All props must be off prop shafts anytime the rig is NOT in a restricted areas. Failure to comply will result in disqualification and forfeiture of fees.
3. No one may enter the Restricted Area without signing the Insurance Waiver, wearing a wrist band and obeying APBA rules regarding Restricted Area. Failure to comply will result in disqualification and forfeiture of any fees of individual and/or associated driver.
4. Classes with 5 boats or less may be combined.
5. No concessions on site.
This Regatta is sanctioned through APBA
An exhibition may be performed at this event pursuant to all APBA General Safety Rules provided that proper waivers and membership forms have been completed. All prizes are the responsibility of the conducting Club. APBA does not guarantee nor is it responsible for payment of prizes. You are advised that this event may be canceled prior to the race due to circumstances beyond the control of this association. If you plan to travel a long distance, it is recommended that you contact the race sponsor prior to your departure to ensure this event will take place.
