I-75 North to exit 310. West through light to Witt. Right to Mack St. Left to pit area. Race pits are located at Devoe Beach.

Saturdays course: approx 42 miles- Lemans start from pits out 1/4 mile to turn bouy and then back into Indian River. Race runs through Indian River then along the West side of Mullett Lake and enters Cheboygan River then runs its full length to a turn around buoy in Cheboygan. The course then follows the same route back to the start / finish line at pits.
Sundays course: approx 42 miles- Lemans start from pits across Burt Lake and then North to the entrance of Crooked River. Course runs through Crooked River and into and around Crooked Lake making 3 check points and then back into Crooked River. Course then continues South along the West side of Burt Lake then across the lake into the Indian River. The race travels the full length of Indian River to a check point at Mullett Lake and then back through Indian River to the start / finish line at pits.

National Championships: Marathon - Stock and Thundercat

Awards Banquet to be held at the completion of race site clean up, removal of participant trailers, and park inspection. Picnic Banquet location is at the Thirsty Sturgeon which is 15 minutes from the pits and 5 minutes from I-75. Minimum $2500 cash pro-rated based on number of entries. National trophies awarded in classes with 8 bonafide starters. Medallions awarded to all racers who finish both days but do not qualify for trophies. Top 3 overall finishers in each class should be prepared to bring assistance and tools to inspection upon request immediately following race completion.

Registration will be Friday, August 11, from 5 to 8 pm at the downtown Pavilion behind the Indian River Chamber of
Commerce. Registration is also on Saturday from 8 - 9 AM at the race pits.

Drivers meeting will be held at 10 AM both Saturday and Sunday.

All entry fees are $90 and includes both days. JSR entry fees are $45 and includes both days of racing.

Start time expected to be 12 noon both days. Start time and course rules are subject to last minute changes by the race committee depending on weather or other factors due to nature of course. Race committee reserves the right to deny participation to rookie drivers with less than 2 races of previous experience. First time participants at Top O Michigan may be required to demonstrate their driving ability to the race committee and may be held for 3 seconds at the start of each days race. Local race rules prevail as announced at the drivers meeting.
Motor homes are not allowed in the restricted parking area and no pets in the park or race pits.
PLEASE NOTE: No one is allowed in the pits or park until they have signed the waiver or wearing a wrist band per APBA and the Toscarora Township Police Dept.

This Regatta is sanctioned through APBA

An exhibition may be performed at this event pursuant to all APBA General Safety Rules provided that proper waivers and membership forms have been completed. All prizes are the responsibility of the conducting Club. APBA does not guarantee nor is it responsible for payment of prizes. You are advised that this event may be canceled prior to the race due to circumstances beyond the control of this association. If you plan to travel a long distance, it is recommended that you contact the race sponsor prior to your departure to ensure this event will take place.
