TAKING A MINOR TO THE RACE SITE? If the minor is going to be in the Restricted / Hot Pit area and you are not the parent or legal guardian - Off-site signing of a Minor Release Waiver is OK, as long as it is notarized, the form brought to the event is the original, it must have the original colored ink and should not be folded. If this procedure is not followed the Minor will not be let in the Restricted / Hot Pit area. The minor release can be found on our web site apba.org - Resources - then Resource Directory - Resource Type - Insurance - apply - the Minor Waivers are at the bottom of the list.

Notes:

-Friday 05/04/2018- NO TESTING, Set up day only.
-All Divisionals to be held on Saturday, with Sunday as a blow out day.
-Saturday Night Cinco de Mayo Awards Party/Dinner held at The Deck Crab House- 7pm (approximately 12 minutes from pits)
-Stock Classes- Does not include 45SS.
-Classes without enough entries will be combined, cancelled or run one heat.
-Food concessions during the day in the pits.
-NO ALCOHOL allowed in the park, this will be strictly enforced.
-Sunday races may be completed on Saturday at the discretion of the race committee.
-No overnight camping allowed in the park. RV/Tent Camping available at Flying Point Marina next to park.($20 for weekend)
-No golf carts, motorized scooters, 4-wheelers or other motorized land vehicles allowed to be operated in the park.

An exhibition may be performed at this event pursuant to all APBA General Safety Rules provided that proper waivers and membership forms have been completed. All prizes are the responsibility of the conducting Club. APBA does not guarantee nor is it responsible for payment of prizes. You are advised that this event may be canceled prior to the race due to circumstances beyond the control of this association. If you plan to travel a long distance, it is recommended that you contact the race sponsor prior to your departure to ensure this event will take place.
