COVID 19 PROTOCOLS:
1. Follow all Covid 19 Guidelines per Oregon State recommendations.
2. Each driver is allowed one(1) crew person max. JH and JR are allowed both parents. SUBJECT TO CHANGE PER OREGON GUIDELINES. Watch for announcements.
3. Pre-registration is MANDATORY for all Drivers, use the APBA registration link. Deadline for pre-registration is Tuesday June 22nd. NO registration on site only payments for racing allowed.
4. Email Crew member to Denise at idzyne@comcast.net.
5.Each driver and crew will show proof of vaccination or attest they have no Covid symptoms and have their temperature taken each day. Anyone with a temperature over 100.4 must leave the facility for the day.
6. Masks will be worn in the park and must keep a distance of 6 feet from another person when possible, this must be maintained per the Oregon State mandate.
7. Event closed to Public and Spectators.
8. 200 people max at event unless Oregon guidelines change.
9. Contact Denise at idzyne@comcast.net if you wish to volunteer or plan to have an RV in the pits during the day. If your name is not on this list you will not enter if you are not the driver\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s plus one.


- Pro Divisionals: Saturday, If Saturday Divisionals is blown off, All Divisionals will be on Sunday; If a Sunday blowoff, all Divisionals revert to Saturday results.
- The Roy Blackwell Trophy , highest combined points from 20ssh and CSH to be awarded on Saturday.
- CORA now accepts credit/debit cards - swipe fee charged $5
- Classes may be combined due to time restrictions at race committee discretion.
- NO open megaphone exhaust on any engine.
- NO open toe shoes in the restricted area.
- NO smoking of cigarettes or marijuana in the park at all times
- ANY under age drinking will be prohibited and enforced per APBA guidelines.
- NO testing at Cullaby Lake.
- NO tent or car camping allowed.
- NO overnight parking of trailers or vehicles on Thursday night.
- CORA parking pass (free) required for pit area vehicle parking. Race Trailer Parking will be assigned.
- Self-contained RVs/campers in the Pits 7am to one hour after racing is done.
- NO overnight spectator or racer RVs/campers.
- Quiet Time 10 PM
- Clatsop County Parks require a Mandatory $5 per day parking fee. Use the automated machine or find the camp host. County fine for non-payment!
- Damaged buoy fee - $25
- Weekend trailer fee - $20 (may be waived if entries exceed 130 per day)
- In case of a Blow Off, the first entry will be retained to cover expenses.
- Scratches must be filed prior to the conclusion of the drivers meeting each day for refund. Refunds must be taken care of before the conclusion of the weekend.

This Regatta is sanctioned through APBA

An exhibition may be performed at this event pursuant to all APBA General Safety Rules provided that proper waivers and membership forms have been completed. All prizes are the responsibility of the conducting Club. APBA does not guarantee nor is it responsible for payment of prizes. You are advised that this event may be canceled prior to the race due to circumstances beyond the control of this association. If you plan to travel a long distance, it is recommended that you contact the race sponsor prior to your departure to ensure this event will take place.
