Saturdays course: approx 42 miles, modified Lemans start from pits out 1/2 mile to turn buoy and then back into Indian River. Race runs through Indian River then along the West side of Mullett Lake and entering Cheboygan River and running its full length to a turn around buoy in Cheboygan. The course then follows the same route back to a finish line at DeVoe Beach.
Sundays course: approx 42 miles, modified Lemans start from pits across Burt Lake and then North to entrance of Crooked River. Course runs through Crooked River and into and around Crooked Lake making 3 check points and then back into Crooked River. Course then continues South along the West side of Burt Lake then across the lake into the Indian River. The race travels the full length of Indian River to a check point at Mullett Lake and then back through Indian River to a finish line that is at DeVoe Beach.

Disclaimer: Course layout, finish location, turn buoy, checkpoints, etc. is all dependent on DNR and Coast Guard approval of permits.

JR Course: modified Lemans start from pits out to turn buoy (location dependent on weather) and then back into Indian River. Approximately 3 miles through Indian River to a turn around buoy at The Landings with a finish at DeVoe Beach. This is the course for both Saturday, and Sunday.

National Championships: Stock and Junior Marathon

Trophies for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in all classes.
Cash prizes TBD.

Prizes are handed out at the completion of Sundays race and clean up of pit area. Prizes also can be mailed if winner is not present.

Possible awards banquet on Sunday after pit area is cleaned up entirely. Will be announced and advertised on Facebook.

Friday: at DeVoe Beach from 5-7pm
Saturday: at DeVoe Beach from 8-9am
Sunday: If needed or upon request

No Camping at DeVoe Beach
$10 dollars for race trailer parking at DeVoe Beach (free if parking on the sand portion of the beach)
Pets are allowed at DeVoe Beach
Parking Passes for the pit parking lot may NOT be available for 2022 - this is directly related to how many participants. Trailer parking will happen in the parking lot if it has to, which will take up parking spaces for vehicles. 2021 was first come first serve - 2022 may be similar! CARPOOL!
Please be respectful of homes and yards surrounding DeVoe Beach. Abide by no parking signs if necessary.

This Regatta is sanctioned through APBA

An exhibition may be performed at this event pursuant to all APBA General Safety Rules provided that proper waivers and membership forms have been completed. All prizes are the responsibility of the conducting Club. APBA does not guarantee nor is it responsible for payment of prizes. You are advised that this event may be canceled prior to the race due to circumstances beyond the control of this association. If you plan to travel a long distance, it is recommended that you contact the race sponsor prior to your departure to ensure this event will take place.
