**A $15 fee shall be assessed to driver\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s damaging or dislodging a buoy.
**In the event of cancellation due to weather, host club will retain $15 from first entry fee to offset fixed race costs.
**No dogs on beach side of fence (per our hosts).
**Smoking in designated area only.
**Kawanis plan to have dinner at their clubhouse for racers, families & friends. Details to follow.
**Must have 2023 APBA Safety sticker before entering water for inspection, testing or racing. Be prepared to start engine and check kill switch operation.
**Participants are expected to be familiar with Safety Rule changes for 2023.
**No vehicles in pits after unloading.

Boater Safety Certificates, per NASBLA, recommended for all race participants by State of Maine.
This Regatta is sanctioned through APBA
An exhibition may be performed at this event pursuant to all APBA General Safety Rules provided that proper waivers and membership forms have been completed. All prizes are the responsibility of the conducting Club. APBA does not guarantee nor is it responsible for payment of prizes. You are advised that this event may be canceled prior to the race due to circumstances beyond the control of this association. If you plan to travel a long distance, it is recommended that you contact the race sponsor prior to your departure to ensure this event will take place.
