*EASTBOUND ON I-90:
Exit 176 onto Broadway, left at 3rd traffic light (Broadway & Stratford), cross the lake, turn left at the next traffic light (Valley Road) continue on Valley Road through two traffic lights and a flashing yellow warning light and down the hill...park is very visible on your left at the bottom of the hill.
*WESTBOUND ON I-90:
Exit 179, right onto Hwy. 17 (SR17), through 8 traffic lights, right at 9th light (Broadway and Alder), cross the lake, turn left at the next traffic light (Valley Road) continue on Valley Road through two traffic lights and a flashing yellow warning light and down the hill...park is very visible on your left at the bottom of the hill.
*NORTHBOUND ON HIGHWAY 17:
Drive through 8 traffic lights, right at 9th light (Broadway and Alder), cross the lake, turn left at the next traffic light (Valley Road) continue on Valley through two traffic lights and a flashing yellow warning light and down the hill...park is very visible on your left at the bottom of the hill.

Other Local hotels in the area, camping will be in the pits. Camping will be reserved through SOA on the SOA website. RV camping for the event will be $380 for those that need power. The other RV spots that do not have power are $280. Those tenting or sleeping in their race trailers for the event will be $175. Those charges are for the length of the event. There will be a septic tank pump out available during the event which will be $75. There is also an RV park just up the road from the race site at the fairgrounds that has available RV spots with power. You must contact them for a spot, not thru SOA.

MANDATORY pre-registration at www.seattleoutboard.org. Registration link for Moses Lake Nationals registration tab.
At registration drivers WILL be REQUIRED to sign up for atleast 2 volunteer positions. If the driver is unable to do so, then a member of his/her team will be REQUIRED to do so.
You must be registered before any boat hits the water, including for testing.
cut off date for pre-reg is July 6th 9pm PST
driver check in is Sunday July 14th 4pm-7pm and Monday 8am-12pm in the park at the picnic shelter .
registration will be open each day from 7am - 7:30am to add or remove classes ONLY!

$75 for all classes, except for JH/JR which is $65, fees AFTER July 1st increase to $105 for all classes, except for JH/JR which is $95. Those are payed DIRECTLY on the SOA website.

*Closed-toed shoes must be worn in all hot pit areas and near the waterfront and/or around all boats.
*Dogs MUST be on a leash (clean up after your pet makes a deposit), all pets must also have a current rabies vaccination and have tags showing so.
*No motorized non-street legal vehicles in the pits.
*NO ALCOHOL in the park at all (state law RCW 66.44.100)!!
*Smoking is not allowed at all (state law RDW 70.160)
*Quiet time 10pm-7am.
*Make sure you clean up your pit area and areas around your pit areas PLEASE.
*golf carts will only be allowed for use by the race committee in the pit areas.
*handicapped or special needs people that need motorized transportation must contact the race committee.
* prop covers will be HIGHLY recommended
* any person entering the HOT PIT area, must be an APBA member
* RV sites with power are reserved for racers 1st! Family and friends with RVs could be placed in overflow areas at fairgrounds, right up the street
*race day schedule may be advanced into next day by race committee
*2 special event classes will be ran on Saturday: OPEN Hydro (no capsule boats) and the A/C marathon. Entry fees will be $30 for each event, with winner take all. OPEN hydro is 5 laps and A/C marathon is 3 laps each.
*In the event of a blow off, the 1st (2) entry\\\\\\\'s will be retained to cover costs
*All refunds will be MAILED back to you, no cash will be returned to you at the race site
*All scratches/changes MUST be done at morning registration.
This Regatta is sanctioned through APBA
An exhibition may be performed at this event pursuant to all APBA General Safety Rules provided that proper waivers and membership forms have been completed. All prizes are the responsibility of the conducting Club. APBA does not guarantee nor is it responsible for payment of prizes. You are advised that this event may be canceled prior to the race due to circumstances beyond the control of this association. If you plan to travel a long distance, it is recommended that you contact the race sponsor prior to your departure to ensure this event will take place.
