• ABSOLUTELY NO BOATS ALLOWED IN THE WATER WITHOUT SIGNING WAIVER AND RECEIVING WRISTBAND (effective Thursday thru Monday). Failure to comply will result in disqualification for the weekend and forfeiture of any fees.
• Racing school Friday Aug 30th
• Testing to start after racing school is concluded
• J/AX Testing from 4:30-5. Any non J/AX classes caught on the course during or after the J testing will not race during the weekend.
• Classes with 4 boats or less will run one heat
• Racing will stop at 6:30 PM regardless of schedule
• Pro classes will run full 3:00 min clock and can disregard the 1,000’ buoy. All other classes will be subject to a shortened clock when all boats are on the course and must round the 1,000’ buoy before starting.
• Race committee reserves the right to move schedule due to weather or other circumstances.
• Limited RV parking in pits. Overflow in lot across the street and park near second turn.
*Special Event title: Hangkai A Stock Runabout & Hydro 2. Boats will be ASR & ASH boats (will meet all tech specs). Will run Hangkai stock 18hp motor with OMC A gear case.
*SE Hangkai ASR and ASH will be combined with SO classes ASR and ASH, respectively”
This Regatta is sanctioned through APBA
An exhibition may be performed at this event pursuant to all APBA General Safety Rules provided that proper waivers and membership forms have been completed. All prizes are the responsibility of the conducting Club. APBA does not guarantee nor is it responsible for payment of prizes. You are advised that this event may be canceled prior to the race due to circumstances beyond the control of this association. If you plan to travel a long distance, it is recommended that you contact the race sponsor prior to your departure to ensure this event will take place.
