1)Mod North American Championship for Mod 125 hydro will be on Saturday
2)Camping is through Beebe Bridge Park S.O.A. is NOT reserving camp grounds
3)No motorized scooters or bikes in hot pits.
4) all minors must have Legal Guardian over the age of 18 sign for them. Legal Guardian must be only signer for the minor, unless a signature by a Legal Guardian is obtained before the race with a notarized stamp
5)Quiet time is 10pm till 7am
6) all pets must be on a leash no greater than 8 feet long, all pets must remain in the presence of the owner or handler and under physical restraint. owners and handlers are responsible for cleaning up after them.
7)ALL tow vehicles will be parked in upper lot,
8)Classes will be subjected to be combined at the race committee discretion
9)In case of blow off first entry will be retained to cover race cost
10)In case of stoppage, referee may call heat complete if lead boat is on final lap
11)There will be NO tolerance for drug or alcohol use during racing hours
This Regatta is sanctioned through APBA
An exhibition may be performed at this event pursuant to all APBA General Safety Rules provided that proper waivers and membership forms have been completed. All prizes are the responsibility of the conducting Club. APBA does not guarantee nor is it responsible for payment of prizes. You are advised that this event may be canceled prior to the race due to circumstances beyond the control of this association. If you plan to travel a long distance, it is recommended that you contact the race sponsor prior to your departure to ensure this event will take place.
