NORTH AMERICAN CHAMPIONSHIPS will be run Friday and Saturday for all classes listed. If necessary, Sunday maybe used as a rain date.
All classes listed will run on Sunday as a regular race.
Prizes $800 per class paid to 8 places for North American Championships; $500 per class paid to 8 places for Sunday. $500 Nathan Foundation Index of Performance overall; Skeeter Johnson Memorial to NM with best performance over the weekend; Tommy Thompson Memorial to JSS for best performance over the weekend.
Tow money $75 to 400 miles, $150 for 401 - 700 miles, $175 over 700 miles. North American Championships presented Saturday evening at Awards Banquet. Sunday awards presented ASAP following final heat of day.

Friday evening - Dorchester Chamber of Commerce holding a shrimp dinner at the race site with 2 free passes to each registered boat.
Saturday evening - Awards Banquet at race site with 2 free passes to each registered boat. Additional dinner tickets available for purchase at a nominal price (Friday & Saturday).
Cold Pit parking will be limited to boats and tow vehicles. Boats will be parked by class. Race committee will work with teams with multiple entries.
Designated parking at back of cold pits for all motor homes.
NO CHILDREN WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE HOT PIT AREA.
APBA Inboard Dress Code and Pit Pass Procedures will be strictly enforced.
This Regatta is sanctioned through APBA
An exhibition may be performed at this event pursuant to all APBA General Safety Rules provided that proper waivers and membership forms have been completed. All prizes are the responsibility of the conducting Club. APBA does not guarantee nor is it responsible for payment of prizes. You are advised that this event may be canceled prior to the race due to circumstances beyond the control of this association.
