FROM EAST: Take Hwy. 401 West to Hwy. 37 Nnorth.
FROM WEST: Take Hwy. 401 East to Hwy. 37 North.
FROM SOUTH (I81): Take Hwy. 401 West to Hwy. 37 North. Follow Hwy. 37 North to the town of Tweed.
Turn right past the Petro Canada / Subway and follow into pits.

Motel on site has basically 8 rooms as of April 14, 2006 and one suite for that weekend left. 60$ CDN - single/queen , 80$ CDN doubles, and one suite with kitchen for 100$ CDN - all per night.
Book quick - Park Place Motel 613-478-3134, ask for Jane. Mention APBA/CBF or the race.
There is another about 10 - 15 minutes North of the race at Actinolite West Wind Motel 613-478-3130.
Camping on-site across from the pits - NO HOOK-UPS.


3 laps of an approx. 3/4 mile triangle course. NOT approved for records.

For extra points on Saturday: All Stock, Modified, J Class, OSY-400, including FAH/R & AXSH/R. This is a 3 day in 2 days event to be run on Saturday. We will try and get all in on Saturday, but depending on weather and participation level, we may run 3 heats on Saturday and 3 heats on Sunday. FORMULA `V` schedule to be run with boats not exceeding 61 `CI and 14' boats. All safety rules apply. CBF and APBA Decals must be present on all boats. NOTE - FV is a CBF Local Class Only.


Trophies and or Certificates for 1st through 3rd positions to be awarded at Sunday's Drivers' Meeting.


On site - Friday afternoon and Saturday A.M. - in the Pits.


Saturday and Sunday - 9:00 A.M. SHARP - or earlier. Will be announced on Friday.


First Class - 40$ CDN, 35$ U.S.
Second Class - 30$ CDN, 25$ U.S.
Third Class - 20$ CDN, 15$ U.S.
J Class - 15$ CDN, 10$ U.S.
Testing Fee - $10 CDN (on Friday afternoon)

- Uninsured Testing on Friday afternoon with Referees approval. All Testing is subject to registration.
NO Testing until registered. Ambulance on-site all weekend.
- This will be a three (3) days racing in two (2) event; come on out and get your extra points.
- There will be a live Band in the Park Friday night. Tickets available from the Tweed Lions Club on site.
All weekend the Town is running a Fair. Tickets also available on site. Bus transportation to the Fair also provided.
- Saturday night at the Fair is a Demolition Derby - 7:00 p.m. Racers are invited to attend, with one car available for one of the racers to drive! Saturday night bonfire in the pits. Tweed Fair web page www.tweedfair.com.
- Advance midway tickets available: ride all day $16.00 Thursday - Loonie & Twoonie night for rides
Friday night - Ambush at the Arena - $10.00 advance tickets, $15.00 at the door (Wayne Spicer will hold tickets for your group if they wish to have advance tickets.)

Hi -lights - Lawnmower races - 10.00 a.m.
Karaeoke - Noon - Children
Sunday - Lions Music In The Park - 4 p.m.

This Regatta is sanctioned through APBA

An exhibition may be performed at this event pursuant to all APBA General Safety Rules provided that proper waivers and membership forms have been completed. All prizes are the responsibility of the conducting Club. APBA does not guarantee nor is it responsible for payment of prizes. You are advised that this event may be canceled prior to the race due to circumstances beyond the control of this association. If you plan to travel a long distance, it is recommended that you contact the race sponsor prior to your departure to ensure this event will take place.
