1963 | William A Smith

A member since 1933 of many legal, insurance and administrative committees, Smith served APBA for over 30 years as Chief Counsel, legal advisor and litigator. An honorary APBA life member and vice president, Smith held every grade in the U.S. Power Squadrons, was a U.S. Coast Guard auxiliary district commodore, and helped promote fair boat legislation in various states.
