APBA Memberships

When you become an American Power Boat Association member, you are entitled to various benefits depending on your type of membership.

Membership Types

1. Associate membership: Bi-monthly subscription to APBA's Propeller magazine, APBA Annual Yearbook, bi-monthly SPIN newsletter, membership card, APBA decals and various discounts. Only $35 per year US and $55 foreign. This membership does not include access to hot pit or restricted area at APBA events.
2. Participating membership: Bi-monthly subscription to Propeller magazine, APBA Annual Yearbook, bi-monthly SPIN newsletter, membership card, voting privileges, discounts on rental cars, rule book, reference book, insurance program, decals. For the race official, referee, inspector, scorer, race director, crew member or the dedicated fan! An application with membership statement will be sent and will have to be returned to APBA before membership is accepted. The price of this membership depends on which categories you join. This membership includes restricted access to the hot pit area at APBA events.
3. Racing membership: Bi-monthly subscription to APBA's Propeller magazine, APBA Annual Yearbook, bi-monthly SPIN newsletter, membership card, decal, APBA racing insurance program, full voting privileges, racing license, category rule book, APBA Reference book. Cost of membership is a function of categories you join and boats you have registered.
4. Kids Crew: Member decal, souvenirs, coloring book all for only $10!

Associate and Kids Crew memberships will be 12 months from date membership is accepted. Participating membership is from November 1 through October 31 of the following year.
